A husband and father of two toddlers - Julian and Justice - Jason resigned from his corporate position after 10 years of service. Starting this business will serve as a testament of will for my children to remember, states Bass. He further contends, As an African-American male, it seemed that no matter how many academic credits, prior experience I had, or contributions I made at work, I could not progress up the corporate ladder as fast as my counterparts who had much less to their credit.

As president, Mr. Bass is afforded the opportunity to apply his full array of experience, talents, and education to steering an unknown company to success.
